Who we are

What we collect

We collect personal data in three situations:

• When you contact us. Your name, email address, optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message.
• When you apply to work with us. Your name, contact details, professional profile links, your CV, and your answers to the application questions.
• When you accept analytics cookies. Anonymised usage data about which pages you visited. Analytics do not load unless you accept them.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to assess your application, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. TODO: state the lawful basis for each purpose.

How long we keep it

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider. Analytics, when you accept them, are processed by PostHog. TODO: confirm the full processor list, their locations, and the transfer mechanism for any processing outside the UK and EEA.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies until you make a choice in the consent banner. If you accept analytics, PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so repeat visits are not counted as new people. Declining leaves analytics switched off entirely.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. TODO: name the supervisory authority and add the complaints route.
