Freelance Hub
Work with us, not for us.
Scoped briefs, a paid trial task, and no unpaid pitching. Here is exactly how it runs.

Why people stay in the pool
- 01
Paid on time
Thirty-day terms, and we chase our clients so you do not have to chase us.
- 02
Scoped work
You get a written brief with an agreed definition of done, not a standing Slack channel.
- 03
No unpaid pitching
We do not ask freelancers to produce speculative work to win a project.
- 04
Direct client contact
You talk to the client. We do not put a account manager between you and the decision.
- 05
Repeat engagements
Most of our freelancers work with us across several projects rather than one.
- 06
Your own tools
We care that it is maintainable, not which editor produced it.
How it works
- 01
Apply
Send the form below with a portfolio we can actually look at.
- 02
Short call
Thirty minutes on what you like working on and what you avoid.
- 03
Paid trial task
A small, real, scoped piece of work. Paid at your rate.
- 04
Into the pool
We match you against briefs as they come in.
- 05
First engagement
A written scope, an agreed rate, and a named point of contact.
Apply
One form. We read every one and reply either way.
Freelance questions
Do I need to be a registered business to work with you?
Yes. We contract business to business, so you need to be able to invoice as a registered company or sole trader in your country.
How are freelance rates set?
You tell us your rate. We do not run reverse auctions and we do not ask people to undercut each other for a brief.
Is the trial task paid?
Yes, at your normal rate. It is a small piece of real work, not a speculative exercise.
How much work can I expect?
It varies with the project pipeline and we will not pretend otherwise. Most people in the pool work with us in blocks rather than continuously.
Can I work with you part-time alongside other clients?
Yes. Most of our freelancers do. We agree an hours-per-month baseline up front so both sides can plan.
What time zones do you work across?
We are async-first, so the overlap requirement is usually a couple of hours rather than a full working day.
How long does the application take to review?
We aim to reply within a week either way.
Not ready to apply?
We email when new briefs open up. No more than monthly.
